This information is then used to process your order and allows us to contact you to communicate the status of your order if necessary.

Second City Coffee Ltd. may send email updates to customers to let you know about new products as they arrive or special offers/competitions and promotions relating to the company. The secure server software encrypts all information you input which means that any sensitive information such as your credit or debit card details cannot be intercepted or seen by anyone except our Payment Service Providers, Stripe and PayPal.

You payment details are stored securely by Stripe and PayPal and are not visible by anyone at Second City Coffee Ltd. If a refund or cancellation is required, we will make a request via Stripe or PayPal, and no details are available to anyone at Second City Coffee Ltd. Both Second City Coffee Ltd.,Stripe and PayPal are fully audited and compliant with the PCI DSS standards.
